Meet Employers and Explore Opportunities
Every year, the Job Fair attracts thousands of students and graduates from across the region. Participants have the opportunity to speak with representatives of a wide range of sectors, including IT, finance, logistics, manufacturing, the public sector and non-governmental organisations.
More than 50 companies and institutions will take part in this anniversary edition, representing both international corporations and local employers. It is an excellent opportunity to gain insight into labour market expectations, learn more about professional development opportunities and establish valuable professional contacts.
The event’s Main Partner is Accenture, while the supporting partner is the “Młodzi w Łodzi” [Youth in Lodz] Programme.
Discover the University of Lodz and Your Future Development Path
The fair will also provide an opportunity to learn more about the educational offer of the University of Lodz. In the Education Zone, prospective students will find information about degree programmes and receive support to help them choose their future educational path.
The zone has also been designed for current students who are planning to continue their education at MA studies or are looking for new development opportunities. Visitors will be able to learn more not only about the university’s academic offer, but also about the activities of student organisations and academic clubs, research and social projects, cultural events and other opportunities available at the university.
As part of the Education Zone, workshops and meetings will also be held at the University of Lodz Library. Participants will have the opportunity to learn about the nature of work in public administration and diplomacy, as well as career development paths in these professions. A detailed programme will be published soon.
The Education Zone is being organised thanks to the "Łódzkie dla młodych” [Łódzkie for the Young] programme, financed by the Marshal's Office of the Lodz Voivodeship.
Support at the Start of Your Career
The Job Fair is about much more than meeting employers. It also offers practical support for those preparing to enter the labour market.
In the Career Zone, participants will be able to have their CVs reviewed by career advisers from the University of Lodz Career Office, discuss recruitment processes and employers’ expectations, and receive guidance on effective job-search strategies. A professional photographer will also be available to take photographs for CVs and professional profiles.
As Prof. Małgorzata Wrzesień, Vice-Rector for Education at the University of Lodz, emphasises:
For many years, the Job Fair has played an important role in building a bridge between education and the labour market. This anniversary edition is not only an opportunity to meet employers but also a moment to reflect on how expectations towards young people are changing and how the university can support them in meeting these challenges. The University of Lodz consistently develops cooperation with its social and economic environment, creating a space for the exchange of experience and the development of competencies.
Participants will also have access to the Chillout Zone. This will be a space to relax, have informal conversations and take a break between meetings with exhibitors. It is often in such settings that the most interesting ideas and valuable connections emerge.

The 20th Edition of the University of Lodz Job Fair is a celebration of cooperation between academia and business, while also serving as a practical opportunity to find employment, build new professional connections and plan the next steps in one’s career.
