What is Mentorship Programme?
This is a six-month, individual cooperation between students of the University of Lodz and mentors – university graduates, experts in various fields who want to share their knowledge and practical perspective on the industry.
Meetings are held regularly, at a pace and format that suit you – online or on-site. Together, you and your mentor decide what you want to work on: from career planning and professional development to building soft skills and discovering your personal potential.
The programme begins with a ceremonial kick-off meeting – a unique moment where all mentoring pairs get to know each other. From there, everything depends on you – your goals, ideas and commitment.
Mentors – your guides in the professional world and beyond
In the 13th edition of the University of Lodz Mentorship Programme, 34 mentors are waiting for you – graduates of the University of Lodz who are passionate about sharing their experience. They work in diverse environments: business, media, culture, public administration, the legal sector, IT, HR and PR. They are leaders, experts and practitioners, but above all – passionate individuals who are open to sharing their experience.
Thanks to the cooperation with a mentor you will:
- gain access to a real-world picture of the industry,
- receive valuable tips and the perspective of someone with many years of experience,
- better understand your strengths and development opportunities.
If you still don't have specific plans, don't worry. The mentorship programme is the perfect space to explore, question and find your own path.
For whom?
The programme is intended for students from all faculties of the University of Lodz. Motivation, openness to development and a willingness to act are crucial.

How to apply?
- Choose a mentor – learn information about the mentors which is available on the programme website and select up to three with whom you would like to work with.
- Fill in the application form – you have time until 16 November 2025.
- Wait for the mentor's decision – your application will be forwarded to the mentors, who will select the individuals they can accompany and support in their development.
- Announcement of the results – we will inform you of the results by 1 December 2025, and a list of the pairs formed will be posted on the programme website.
- Start working together – starting in January 2025, you will work together on your development for six following months.
